Wuhan is served by Wuhan Tianhe International Airport (WUH), with direct connections from major East-Asian, European, and Middle-Eastern hubs. Local transfer to the HZAU campus is approximately 45 minutes.
The dedicated Secretariat line for the Founding Meeting will answer all logistics and visa-letter enquiries from invited participants.
HZAU covers travel, accommodation, and local transportation
For all invited founding participants, HZAU is providing round-trip international airfare, accommodation in Wuhan, and transportation during the meeting. A visa-support letter is issued on request.
